The Board of Directors of the Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce decided on its most recent Board Meeting to create a Swedish-Swiss Business Forum, a major annual event bringing together Businesses, Academia and Representatives of our two Governments. With the participation and cooperation of the Embassy of Sweden, and the Swedish Trade Council, our aim is to highlight Business Opportunities for our members in discussing particular trends and focus areas recognized by all of the constituencies.

For the first Swedish Swiss Business Forum, which will take place on November 4, 2010 at 5 pm in the Dolder Grand Hotel, Zürich we have chosen the theme "Business Opportunities in Smart Cities". We will specifically address opportunities around mobility (in its wider sense), environment, and security for a modern agglomeration, highlighting new technologies and services.
